Over the years, I have trained in various bodywork styles including thai yoga massage and ayurvedic marma points. My extensive experience in teaching yoga for pregnancy, postpartum recovery, womb wellness yoga, restorative yoga, trauma-sensitive yoga and yoga for anxiety and depression helped me create my own brand of bodywork that focusses on deep nourishment and nurture of the body and the nervous system. My overall intention is for you to feel calmer, more grounded and more in your body at the end of a session. We always begin a session with checking in how you are and what you might need on any given day. You will be lying on a thick futon mat, we will be using blankets, bolsters and cushions as required to make you comfortable. You will be wearing comfortable clothing. I don’t apply oils unless specifically agreed.

Pricing: 60 Minutes £60-90 (pay what you can afford and what you think my work is worth). If you prefer a home visit, a travel fee applies depending on the length of the journey.
